This cozy cottage is located in a very private and quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the world famous Utah Shakespearean Festival. The former house of Annie Williams, and built by her late husband Wilburn, this charming home has two bedrooms each with one queen sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bathroom with tub/shower, a cozy sunroom, spacious living room and downstairs laundry room.
