The Dungeon (White House Basement)

The "Dungeon" was affectionately named by the Duncan married children who have all, at one time or another, lived in this charming basement apartment while attending Southern Utah University.

The Dungeon has two large bedrooms, a spacious living room and a roomy kitchen. It also includes a separate bathroom, vanity area, laundry room and storage area. This recently remodeled apartment is our best value and can accommodate groups up to 8 people if the hide-a-bed in the living room is used. It has its’ own separate outside entrance and on street parking.

The Dungeon can be combined with the “White House” upstairs and rented at a significant discount (see “rates”) for large families and groups up to 22 people.

Amenities include: central air conditioning, cable TV, wireless high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, beautifully landscaped yard, fresh linens and towels provided.
